Very good value for many especially for bacpackers. Although the hostel was on a side street, you can reach Batu Ferringhi's main street in a 2 min walk. And if you don't feel like doing anything then you can also just go straight to the beach without the need to shovel your way through local merchants.

  Very Clean, Good breakfast provided, Helpful staff, Great showers, comfortable bed. As an older couple staying here was slightly out of our comfort zone. Met some great young people who were backpacking. The bus's in and around Georgetown were frequent and inexpensive. And beside the usual toast and jam, they have something hot and fruit. Room was not really big (we had a double), but we fit in. The personnel is very kind and helpful.
