Staffs are cleaning swimming pool for long hours in morning, so we couldn't use it as planned. Swimming pool operating hours is too short, it closed on 7pm or 8pm!

We had some problem with the hot water in the bathrooms. But the staff tried their best to resolve it The price of the Ala carte menu items seems to be slightly on the higher side

No fridge in room, staff kindly put our stuff in the kitchen fridge. They tried to charge for I ice even though there was no fridge, in the end they agreed not to charge.

Breakfast felt somewhat overpriced for the offered variety and quality.
The lounge and receptioncounter is very airy and opened which I like very much. The building is attractively and brightly painted. The place is very cleaned and new.
The check in took a bit too long to process.
The hotel is new and the rooms are comfortable. My husband complimented the bed lamps, easier for him to read books on bed.
I booked two rooms but 1 is rather small size. But the worst was the air-cond of both rooms leaking water after a few hours.

I had spent the previous two nights at the Sheraton Imperial in KL and was a bit concerned about the transition from luxury to budget. I neednt have been. The staff were great and very helpful. Room and hotel were clean and modern. Breakfast was ok...come on guys this is a budget hotel no-one should be expecting gourmet food. Hotel is well positioned and beach and either Pentai Chenang or Pentai Lengah with plethora of restaurants and bars arw a very short walk away. No-one reasonably fit should need the shuttle which is provided. Pool was clean and more than adequatw for my daily swim or just chilling.
Ok the soundproofing is a bit lacking. So use earplugs...I never travel without them and slept soundly throughout my stay despite the odd noisy guest or crying baby. Really all it takes for having a good time in budget hotels is to be aware that's what you're buying...and to be prepared.

I have query about the swimming pools hygiene.
The room was compact and clean. My room was facing the carpark and had a balcony but the sliding door couldnt be opened. Maybe it is intended as so. But not a problem for me however. There's free wi-fi which was working fine and water dispenser (hot and cold) outside the rooms along the hallway. The rooms are brightly lit and well decor and its pink. So of course I loved it. There's a hairdryer in the room as well as safety deposit box. The tv channels had all the important channels (sports channel played live epl football. Thank God). The bathroom is spacious but a bit sandy when I checked in. Two complimentary mineral drinks and two mugs for customers use. For surroundings, there is ample carpark space (if you rent a car). Even have the signage the way to the beach which is 10mins walk. The swimming pool is okay too and had a garden view. Lots of lazy chairs that looks comfy (didnt had the time to swim at the pool when the beach is only 10 mins away). Beside the hotel is a local restaurant. Opposite or across the road is a convenience store and laundry shop. I like the location although it is quite a distance from the beach but 10 mins walk wont do any harm right? It also nearby the end of Cenang stretch and closeby to a few bars i.e. Sports Bar and Sunba, which was a good late night spot with good live bands playing. It is also closeby to varieties of eateries be it Turkish, Malay, Siamese etc. All in all, I would like to recommend ppl to stay here but mind you this is not a 4 star hotel but more 3.5 star and is budget friendly (considering the amenities provided if compared to other hotels/motels). If you are all about luxury, you might be disappointed.
The breakfast was lacking of choices. Since I'm local I have no problem with the menu but foreigners will have a bit of a problem.

They have individual split Air Cons in all rooms. These Air Cons need basic servicing. The air filter in ours was fully choked

Very modern hotel , a bit like a uk premier inn . We liked our stay , its an easy walk into town although the on site restaurant and bar was very good too.

Hälften av det som fanns på menyn var slut, samt att de annonserade om pizza, som inte heller fanns. spännande att se vad av det vi beställde som faktiskt fanns på tallriken. Men det som kom var gott och prisvärt. Lyhört från korridoren och intilliggande rum. Trots att vi var noga med att få non smoking så röktes det i grannrummen och i korridoren utanför, vilket drogs in i vårt rum.
The location of the hotel is not bad. You need about 5 minutes walking to the nearest beach at Pantai Tengah. The most popular beach Pantai Cenang is about 15 minutes walking. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but a little small. The breakfast is ok. The poll is also very nice and there is plenty of space in it. Good value for the money.
No wardrobe in the room. We only had a small place to hang some clothes and the rest we kept them in our luggage.

should not assign room 200, it nearAHU room when people turn on/off air con. it create great disturb to customer and the air circulation is bad on that room

The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Provided if they are not short handed. When I chk in, there's only 1 lady attending to 4 different parties, that was a wait.
It's a little away from the beach, nearer would be better for beach lovers. Food selection was limited and so was quantity. No more rice!?!?
I like the location and scenery from the hotel balcony. Beside this the location is very near to beach and main eatries in the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will come again
