Every staff is friendly and really helpful, providing not only clean and comfortable facilities, but also correct directions for me as a first-time solo traveller to Penang. The decoration isn't luxury but nice even a corner is beautiful. Good western-style cantin and delicious breakfast. Great location that near to shopping malls and Chinese street food. Thank you all, G Inn. Room & bath room are clean, bed sheets smell fresh. Floor is tiled & not carpeted (no moldy smell). Great to have in room facilities such as safe, hair dryer, disposal slippers & tea/coffee making items with bottled drinking water. Ample parking space with a guard taking care! Breakfast variety was good.
所有评语 » Room is spacious, so is the washroom. Staff are friendly. Very nice breakfast: good variation of menu, tasty, nicely cooked meal. High-speed internet station in the lobby. Newspapers in English,Mandarin & Melayu. Heritage building & interior. Umbrellas for guests. Spacious parking lot. the hospitality lady (nickname Baby) and the parking control man from Nepal really showed interest in our stay and were more than regular friendly. When we think about the G inn hotel their faces come first into our mind. But the other staff was also friendly and helpful. is near to all the foodcourt even night time also have it. you can find the most tranditional & popular biscuit "yi heong" just infront of the hotel. We will be come back again. An nearly new hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Even breakfast - for the low roomprice - very good. Near to the center and shopping area. 100% value for money. Hotel is clean and nice. Feeling of peace & relaxed. Bed is soft & comfortable. Hotel near to many local food outlets, just 10 mins walk from hotel. Clean,fresh. The cafe in the lobby provides a wide range of menu to choose from. Pleasant staff and their good disposition. Room is clean. So is the surrounding area. Ample car parks within the vicinity. The hotel represents excellent value for money, its clean, comfortable and professionally run and the staff are excellent. All the staff down to the security guard at all times greet us with a great smile. Feels like staying with family. Value for money considering costs of hotels these days. Staffs were good and didn't cause any delay when we checked in earlier. Parking was convenient. The home-friendly atmosphere of G Inn which makes it different from most other hotels. Even the facade is warm and inviting. I especially like the breakfast which has a varied choice. Spacious parking space. Staff, including the guards are helpful, friendly and courteous. Nice & comfortable outdoor sitting for breakfast + free Wifi. It is relatively quiet, as it is away from most shop houses and traffic noise. Good for those who enjoys a quiet evening. clean comfortable room choice for breakfast was great and food was also good. Clean and nice ambient. Convenient and sufficient parking space. Every thing was fair & Reasonable ,. The security very friendly, helpful. Clean and nice design. A chemical smell in the elevator. Drainage in the bath cubicle was slow but it was not really an issue. Wi-fi not working. Low light in the rooms. Only 5 channels. The speed pf the internet connection in the lobby(or more precisely the absence of it). Breakfast can be improve especially on the drink. Condense milk shall be provided and the service of the Indian lady in the dining area can be more customer friendly. The hotel is a little isolated but saying that is only some 30 mins walk to the nearest shopping mall. The tv only has 5 watchable channels and the hot water in the shower is only just hot enough to be tolerated. - nothing. rooms are small. They should have in house restaurant, no facility for Room Service..One has to go out for Dinner. don't like the pandan leaf smell in the lift. The breakfast was so-so. Would be better if they serve something more Malaysian. But probably, the western breakfast was catered for foreigners. Unfortunately, while the room overall is quite clean, the pillows were smelly and my conclusion was that the pillow cases were not changed during the room cleaning. It affected my sleep during the night. No flexible shower hose for shower. The location is slightly further away from Komtar (transportation hub) compared to other hotels. nothing really!. Unfriendly receptionist. The door lock low battery. Make me go down receipion counter to ask for help. Far from foodstall / restaurant. They charged rm35 for a extra matress!! Not even a bed. We booked a Meeting room for 3 hours and we just exceeded for 10 mins they charged us for another extra hour. The staff didnt have the courtesy to remind us on the time!!!.
