The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. For the price we paid, the accomodations were wonderful and if I ever go to Yokohama again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. I would like to express my thanks to the hotel staff, and my appreciation for a job well done.
所有评语 » We had a wonderful view of Yokohama Bay. Staff was very very helpful. Treated with the upmost respect. We could walk to shopping and entertainment. Easy to subway and other transportation. Room was spacious The room view was perfect and helped make our stay relaxing. 1-The staff at the lounge club are very friendly and provide excellent service. 2-Cleaning service are excellent and hardly you need some thing. 3- Guest service are very keen to ensure client are happy and willing to replace room for client just to keep him happy. Intercontinental Yokohama Grand is one of my favourites hotels in the world! The quality is outstanding and I don't have anything that I could complain about. Our room faced the city, and we had a fantastic view of the ferris wheel, the Landmark Tower, Queen's court and many, many other locations. Fantastic room with spectacular views. Incredible value for money. Luxury hotel that did not make you feel 'like a tourist'. very convenient location, nice view from the room, staff are very polite always. Good Location and rooms are a reasonable size. Short walk to the shopping mall. Great access to the attractions near the coast. Service is very attentive. Carpet had spots, window to that beautiful view needs caulking or fixing around the edges. 1-One man at lobby receiption when first time I checked in on 4th aug 2013 was not friendly and he prefered not to make a disscusion with client which made me not to ask anymore. 2- ac is not cold enough , some modification need to be made to improve the air van discharge speed as it is now very slow. Chillers need to be replaced may be but ac is ereally an issue during summer. Nothing in particular. Everything in this hotel is superb. general English speaking skill needs to be improved. Breakfast is a disaster, you have to Que for a long time to get in and resembles a school canteen, not enough staff and quality / service is poor. The hotel only has 1 bar that they charge you a $20.00 non refundable cover fee on certain nights, just because it has a pianist!! That applies to hotel guests as well as anyone who walks in. When I complained I was told "that's the way it is". Tired / Dated room Stains on carpet. long check in line. Rooms are slightly dated. furniture and room decoration too old. The comforter is slightly inconvenient with a sheet cover. The sheet cover should be a bag style not a sheet. Room was a bit shabby and could not understand the rate for a Friday night stay doubled in price. Had I know that the total was based on this would not have booked. Old structure To be renewed Fitness and swiming pool not free.
