  Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok. It's closest to Gotanno subway station, but the closest JR station (kita-senju) is a 20min scenic walk with only 1 turn, really easy to find.
