  I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and after staying there for four nights, I can say that I'm not surprised that it is rated so highly. In this price range this hotel is perfect.   The superior room has a fridge, 2 bottles of free water every day, sink, microwave (not in the standard room) and kettle. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower, loads of hot water, nice free toiletries and a heated toilet seat (they seem to have them everywhere in Japan). The hotel is quite central and only 4 stops - I just loved this hotel. It was the first hotel we stayed in Japan. The room was small but lovely!   Very clean and luxurious hotel. Nice rooms (typical Tokyo size, so a bit small, but you get used to it). Great multi-story supermarket nearby. We did well on price, but I imagine it's not usually that cheap considering how nice this place is! - Easy connection to Haneda airport and through to JR lines for Shinagawa.
