  Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence... 别人怎么说 » Nankai Osaka. Moreover, Kyoto, Kobe & Nara are near Osaka. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.

  I have been travelling a lot so having a room for my own was luxury, top floor with a small balcony. Shower & toilets are not in the same floor but I didn't have a problem with that. The staff are very, very friendly Hideko & Masuse are amazing girls! The area is very central, easy to find from the subway if you are a good map reader. I'm not but I arrived! - The staff was very nice and helpful. They have the room for leaving the luggage before checking in. This hotel is located near the Shinsaibashi and yotsubashi station And also very near the shopping area, Shinsaibashi and dotonburi. The Japanese room looks good. It has the common room that everyone can wath the TV or using the internet(computers are provided). It also has the kitchen :) I was very happy staying there
