I've been staying at ryokan Sansuiso 2-3 times a year for the past 15 years. The value for the price is great. Awesome in general. The staff were consistently thoughtful and happy, and jumped through hoops for us whenever we had even the smallest questions. They are more than kind, and the services offered are definitely appropriate to the price. Of course, the location is also brilliant, right on the Yamanote train line (Gotanda Station), and has a grocery store and many restaurants nearby.
Over the course of our time in Tokyo this place absolutely felt like home and we would recommend it without thin
