You need to remember it is a temple and not a five star hotel. The room was a little cold at first but the heater quickly war -
A very nice place to stay at, the building, an old temple, is beautiful, and located close to the important sights of mount Koya. The staff does not speak English very well, but is very helpful. The possibility to attend the morning prayers in the temple (at 6.30am) is worth getting up early (don't forget to bring a coin for the offering).
