  The B&B is clean and has extremly friendly hosts: they showed us the way to Trieste, advised the place for parking in the city and what to see there. The breakfast was excellent with locally made dairy proiducts and homemade chokolate cake (we took the recipe!).   Service was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The restaurant was very good and breakfasts were good too. Free parking area around the back. Excellent value for money. - Stuff, clean, well equiped room. It's really comfortable location for city trip in Triest and nearby (with car, about public transport can't give advise).

Would definitely stay there again - To say that the owners/operators of this hotel were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, considerate, and a joy to be around would be an understatement. They were absolutely wonderful and went well out of their way to assure our time there surpassed all our expectations. I am in love with the Banne area, and the warm feelings come mostly from staying at this B&B.
