Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night.   I actually had booked this hotel as the rate was one of the lowest in Venice Center, however I was not quite sure as the photos on letsbookhotel.com does not look so good. However, this modest hotel is quite clean and I guess managed by family. The personnel is quite friendly, and the hotel is very central. If you are looking for a luxury, then you should choose another hotel. - As soon as you step inside you feel the friendliness and warmth of a family-based business. We had a room with a canal view, the beds were cozy and the shower great - all of this more than made up for the humble furnishings. Just 5 minutes from the station, and the restaurant next door is good. We won't bother looking anywhere else for our stays in Venice.
