Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location-a walking distance to St.Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, the vaporetto station to Murano, Burano etc, also to Lido is quite close-about 10min walk, the bus station at Piazzale Roma is at reasonable distance -about 20min walk. some supermarkets as Billa and Coop are also very close. The big advantage- there is no reception in this hotel, although we didn't need it as all the guests were really nice..Would highly recommend!.
所有评语 » Location is perfect: quiet street on the channel verge; 15-20 min walk from railway station S.L.; 5 min walk from supermarket Billa and from Vaporetto stop. Small, comfortable hotel with nice interier in the old Venetian style. Friendly staff. Hotel At Leonard helped us to know this wonderful and unforgettable city from another beauty side! Next time I will stop only there). The location is very easy to find. It is only 2-min walk to the waterbus stop (but not near to the St. Marco plaza). The staff is nice and helpful. The environment is quiet. I travel with two friends together and they give us a room big as the hall of palace with windows towards to the street, which is fantasic! This hotel is definitely my recommendation!. Great location: 12 min walk from S. Marco, 10 walk from Rialto, 25 min walk from Piazzale Roma and 3 min walks from the nearest watertram stop. Very nice Venetian design of the rooms. Rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Fully equipped modern bathroom. Very good price!!!!!. The room was great, opulent, not really what we were expecting. Facilities and space of the room was well thought out. We also liked that we had a pretty quaint street view from our window. The hotel is pretty near the Ca d'Oro vaporetto station. Absolutely stunning room, we couldn't believe our luck, as one of the more affordable hotels in Venice, it was a beautiful room with a lovely view over a canal. A wonderful helpful owner and staff, they bent over backwards to help me and I am disabled. Good location as well. I will use this hotel next time I visit. The decor of the room was excellent. The hotel owner was very good and lady at the desk was very pleasant and friendly. very friendly staff, very safe hotel, beautiful design, and great location for access to shopping and vaporettos!. decoration of the room is goog. It was not so serene place but with the busy canals all over you cannot ask more. There is no refrigerator in the room. Nothing. Location was extremely hard to find, even with a given map of the place and GPS on our phones. Not a good thing when you're all hot and travel weary from the 13 hour train ride from Paris. Hidden charges would be some form of tax that you'd have to pay (3 euros per person), just a heads up for those who are unaware. Whilst on the train to Venice I luckily had my phone on, when the hotel called me to tell me a new address, down the road from our accomodation which we would need to check in at. This information needs to be given at the time of booking, I don't speak Italian and trying to take down directions on a noisy train is an uneccesary stress. No fridge, and the Wi-Fi in the annex was unreliable at best. Breakfast is very simple. Little expensive and room doesn't have a view of any of the canals. Wifi is not good enough, the receiption is not as the same location as the room.
