  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  It was a very comfotable hotel and very near to the bus and vaporetto to Venice. The stuff was very polite and the room really splendid with a marvellous view to the lagouna. As for the breakfast it was good but it could be better - The hotel accomodations are very good.   The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished and well equiped. We loved the swimming pool too. - excellent experience for new year eve stay,I will go back again next time
