location is right in the heart of Sorrento, restaurants surround the hotel, access to train / buses / and ports are all on your door step. hotel owners and staff where do I start ? so friendly and helpful in the morning the breakfast service is so happy and nothing to much trouble even if you want to eat out side they will move your breakfast stuff out there for you. if its time to check out but not time yet to get your coach they will look after your cases until its time to leave, absolutely s.
所有评语 » The Palazzo Jannuzi Relais was a perfect location right in the center of Sorrento. Was one of the best small hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room overlooked Piazza Tasso and was spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, lovely and fresh and a great choice - fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, sliced meats, cheeses, eggs, cappuccino and more....and was served on the sunny terrace or lovely sunroom area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Ariane. Highly recommend Palazzo J. This is a hotel as we like it: staff doing what they can to fulfill our wishes in a discrete way, spacious room with solid comfort, terrace with great view on the main square of the tow, delicious breakfast - no doubt, this is the place where we want to come back. being right in the heart of Sorrento is a huge bonus this is our 3rd trip here other stays were just out side the centre, both really lovely, but not having to rely on a shuttle bus just gives you a lot more scope to do more things, stay here again (definitely). Great location smack in the middle of Sorrento. Spotless accommodations. The front desk was always helpful with bus and train information. The breakfasts were very nice in a sunny room. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, given the noisy location on busy streets. Rooms were absolutely wonderful. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. We loved our stay in Sorrento only because of Januzzi. The staff was amazing and I believe Maria (the lady at breakfast) was WONDERFUL! Wish we had more time to stay at Januzzi. Great location and excellent room facilities. clean room, nice people ,good station. Nice room, clean and big. ( nothing. ). Nothing not to like. not booking a longer stay. We were pleased to be upgraded to a nicer room with a private patio at no charge but found the room we stayed in, right next to the breakfast room, a bit noisy in the mornings. With jet lag to aid our sleep in the mornings , we weren't overly bothered but there is heads up for light sleepers. Nothing, all was great. Nothing. nothing really. Would have been good to have sky t.v. to catch up with english speaking news stations such as BBC or CNN. The only downside to such a great location is some of the city sounds at night but it was not a problem for us. Noise from nightclub below on first night. Staff lacked the knowledge and/or English language skills to answer simple questions like: cost of taxi to train station; where to catch shuttle to port; restaurant recommendation. Blocked plughole in basin-this is a very minor complaint. the location means the rooms are extremely noisy for most of the night unless you close all of the windows. Nothing, went back at later date for additional night. Room 16 is a little noisy. Hard pillows. Nothing. Nothing. Everything was perfect. No parking place. wifi.
