  Great hotel. The breakfasts were fantastic with wide variety of food, staff behind the desk friendly and helpful, cleaning staff friendly, rooms spotlessly cleaned and made everyday, close to train. Trieste is quite small so nothing really too far. I paid the same per night in Rome, Hotel Altavilla, and comparing Hotel Milano to there is like a 5 ... 别人怎么说 » to a 1 star. If i ever return to trieste, without any doubt i will book in at Hotel Milano. - Surprisingly very Comfortable rooms, although lobby and buulding itself seemed to be rather old and little untidy.   The location was superb, the staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable albeit I would have preferred a external view. Would book again, for weekend or short city break. What you see is what you get. No complaints at all. Just a short advisory could be added to the listing to help travellers arriving by bus or train. Both stations a... 别人怎么说 » re within 5 mins walk but unless you have a city map or speak a little Italian could be awkward to find. - Apartment located close to train station, easy to walk and also close to the centre by foot. The apartment was huge and very clean. Reception staff were friendly and polite and should you wish to leave luggage of your check out day that's no problem. Would stay here again if we were in Trieste. There is a bar/cafe just next door but we didn't use it so cannot comment. There is also a supermaket very close by on the next block.

  We got in very late due to airline delay..and they were wonderful in holding our room and getting us into the hotel room. The breakfasts were fantastic. The room price was worth every dollar. They even helped us avoid an 18 Euro parking fee every day by telling us about the very reasonable metered parking lot right across the street. The views wer... 别人怎么说 » e great. The location was perfect. You can walk everywhere from the Savoia. A perfect jumping off place to go to Croatia and Slovenia. We have been to - The location of the hotel on the waterfront and in the center of historical amenities are two reasons to stay here. The city bus services are conveniently located just outside the hotel's doors. The hotel is located in an historical building (we had a balcony facing the water) with rooms that were immaculate and whose staff were very helpful. An added bonus was that our car rental office was only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Very helpful staff, they let us enter the room before 9:00 am on the first day and kept our luggage until 8:00 pm on the last day.   Hotel Victoria turned out to be a true 4-star hotel in a convenient location around the center of Trieste. The staff was most professional and attentive, not to mention fully fluent in English. The staff were extremely helpful, directing us to parking (with a special hotel rate), recommending and booking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (which was excellent) and even chilling a bottle of wine we'd brought with us. The room was amazing, clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.
