Stayed here 3 nights and would come back again & recommend definitely: - perfect location - just a few minutes from Termini station and a walking distance from all main sights of the city center - the apartment is light & spacious enough - with it's 2 twin bedrooms & 2 sofas in the living-room it is ideal for 2 couples or a family with children or a group of 4 - 6 persons - "all you need" equipped kitchen includes fridge, kettle washing machine(!), an oven(!) + microwave oven, plen.
所有评语 » The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise: you get what you pay for. The hotel is very central, I rarely used transportation. The owner is a very lovely lady, she helps you on anything you ask. When you arrive, she provides you with a map, points out the attractions and gives a list of restaurants where local people eat. The rooms are simple but stylish, and they are serving the delicious breakfast to your room at the time you choose. Would definitely stay there again next time. Everything was perfect. There is lovely lady that owns the hotel, she give us the map and really pointed us to some good places in Rome. The room was beautiful, and very clean. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely come hear again. The staff here was super friendly and accommodating. A hot breakfast is delivered to your room and included in the price. Great central location but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Will definitely stay here again!. Great location- close to all the important sights. A really nice staff and owner. Our room had a small kiitchen which was very usefull. A good breakfast - we chise a toasted bread, chease, omlet, capuccino and juice. The apartment was nicely appointed with a kitchen, airconditioning, and washer. This is our second trip to Rome and found the location superb for visiting sites on the Metro Line. Location was excellent, but hotel somewhat difficult to find. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. Lovely loft apartment with kitchenette. Clean, modern bathroom and nice decor. Great location in between Repubblica and the Ancient Forum. The owner was lovely. The staff were helpful when presented with queries/problems, and fixed what they could. The apartment lacked attention to detail but would be great if fixed. Only minor problems like nowhere to hang towels in bathroom or bedroom. Kitchen light not able to be used? so lamp had been set up. No plug in kitchen sink if you want to clean up. Location is very strategic, only short walking distance to Termini Station Facilities are above average Nice layout and comfortable bunk bed provided. Within moderate walking distance to public transportation, tourist information center and major attractions. - there is no ledge to store your toiletries in the shower, but I hope this will be fixed soon. The shower was a little small - and I am 5". The lifts / elevator was also very small. It was little hard to find, it's in building and they don't have Hotel sign. But location is really good, 10 min walk from Termini. Just be sure to take good look at the map :). The room was a bit small and litlle room to maneuver. Our room had two levels, where the bed is at the upper level. Because of that the bedroom was still a bit hot, despite the A\C. After 2 hours of cooling the room temperture was good. There was no wifi and one day our room wasn't cleaned. Still a lovely place to stay. Not easy to find the place; lack of contact with staff; no plates, very small cups; stairs in the room uncomfortable for elderly people. Charges for using a baby cot, most places they're free. I know that europeans dont eat much for the breakfast, but for me an egg and couple of slices of bread with cheese wasnt enough. No information brochure or breakfast menu. I did not like the way they wanted payment, in that we had to agree on a time to pay and, unfortunately for us we missed the agreed time due to an emergency. We were 25 mins late but no-one at the office. This back and forward went on for couple of days. Eventually it all worked out but it was annoying having to worry about it while trying to take in tbe sights of Rome. No kettle and water is a bit soapy No wifi The sofa is smelly. Lack of communication with leasing agent. For 2 days we did not even know how to reach their office to ask for assistance. No wi-fi No phone in the apartment. No credit card facilities Very difficult to find. The hotel was awful and we can't talk about it because it was just a room in a book of flats.we spent hours to find it because there was not even an indication that there was a hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!. Everything, especially stench from toilet,. Handle dropping off door, 4 keys to enter. Being on a building site. Asked for cash with no receipt - refused. Left after 1 night but forced to pay for 2 with my credit card. Advise you take off your books.
