Very hospitable, the staff were all very accommodating - especially Dulla (not sure of the spelling) who waited for us to arrive at midnight when we were supposed to be there around 9.30pm (delayed flight etc.,) and Marco the son who went out of his way to be helpful. The location is fantastic, close to all the major sights and very close to Piazza Navona which is buzzing night and day. The location of this apartment was amazing! It was very very close to Piazza Navona. We walked EVERYWHERE because the location was so central to everything. It was in a great building too with a lot of traditional European charm. Our apartment was spacious by and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!.
所有评语 » Beautiful and charming, bright apartments! Just a minute away from Piazza Navona, gelaterias and pizzarias. Everything was clean, the kitchen is perfect for breakfast. Antonio the chef of the residence was extremely friendly. Perfect location, just a minute from Piazza Navona. Bright and clean room with kitchenette. Very friendly staff especially Antonio who was a terrific host :-). Apartment is just after renovation, all facilities are new. Location is very good, 100 meters from Navona square. Location is perfect. Convenient. Nice to be able to bring in food for breakfast. Not expensive,. fabulous location, lovely appartment (great value for money). The location, near Piazza Navona is excellent. Location. Rooms Service. Clean and comfortable. The only downside was the fact that they are having problems getting Wi-Fi to the rooms due to thw thickness of the walls. Marco was extremely apologetic and made up for it in other ways. They have free Wi-Fi in their restaurant downstairs so it's not a major drama. There wasn't a concierge or a front desk that you could go to if you had a problem (luckily we didn't have any though!), but the proprietor gave us his phone number instead. The wifi for the hotel was down when we were there, which wasn't great but we didn't really need it. Not all apartments equipped with kitchen. Could do with a few more items of kitchen equipment. An iron would be nice. N/A. The lack of contact with owners, and the non-presence of anyone on site is very difficult. We were locked out of our residence on a rainy day and had to find accommodations elsewhere as the emergency phone number was locked in the room. Difficult and unpleasant for anyone not familiar with the area!. Lack of cooking equipment. Broken toilet seat which we were assured would be mended on the second day and was still not fixed when we left. Wifi was in hallway only. We had a reservation for self-catering apartment, but they gave us a small room in B&B place and the price was higher. letsbookhotel.com kindly found us a proper apartment. Be careful when dealing with Navonapt.
