The location is great, right in the heart of Rome, by the Senate and Piazza Navona. Very safe location.
Location was excellent. Right on the Piazza Navona. Staff arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Would definitely recommend to others.
The location is perfect, adjoining Piazza Navona, the vibrant heart of tourist Rome with easy walking access to all the main tourist sights. The quality of the hotel and staff were excellent; we would stay there again and recommend it to all our friends.

Excellent location for everything. Although there is no reception - except for a few hours in the morning and for check in - we felt secure. Staff was very friendly. Lovely, spacy room and bathroom - beds were a bit hard. Breakfast was fine. We shall definitly return.
Wifi was only working close to the corridor door.
I booked this because of its location & apartment facilities suited our stay & budget. Our room Senato suite looked out over the road to the beautiful Senato building with guards. Busy(ish) road but windows kept all noise out & air con was great. Would stay againSite seeing

Wonderful hotel. A luxury B&B. Attended by Mr. Newton who is excellent! Helpful, kind, well educated. The breakfast is good and enough. The location at Piazza Navona is just perfect. Good rooms, bathrooms, everything was really good. And of course in my next trip to Rome I'll be there. They help us even made all the arrangements for our taxi to the airport. Many buses and all the important places at walking distance.

Great location, quiet building despite location right on Piazza Navona. Rooms were adequate size & bathrooms were modern. Breakfast, while not gourmet was adequate way to start the day. This is a residential/ business building where 1 floor has been converted into hotel rooms. There is no staff on duty or a front desk. The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.
Because there is no signage on outside of building, it may be difficult to find. You really need to let them know when you are arriving, so someone is there when you arrive.
Great location, friendly staff, very clean, very nice bathroom. Newton went out of his way to make our family of three feel very confortable. We would definitely stay at The Relais al Senator Hotel again
Although not a conventionel hotel with a front desk, we felt very safe. Location could not be more excellent. Loved the room that overlooked the senate and that the front door of the building opened directly to Piazza Navona. Will stay there again for my next Rome trip for sure.
I wish it was pet friendly. Breakfast was dissapointing.
Location, value, modern bathrooms. Well, virtually everything.
This actually a B and B.So during the day no one is at the facility to check you in. Staff is there in the morning and then leave. You are given a code to access the rooms.
The location was very good just off the Piazza Navona with the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Vatican all within walking distance along with all of the other major attractions.
The dining area for breakfast was quite small although this is a very minor point considering the quality of the rest of the hotel and our room.
Great location - the hotel is right at the centre which makes it possible to visit all the great attractions in Rome. Newton and Marina made the stay all the more friendly!
The staff were friendly and always willing to help and advise. The location was at the heart of everything we had come to see and we could walk to all the sights.
