The guest house is run by a lovely family (Virginia, Vincenzo and Giuseppe) who speak good English and did everything possible to help make our stay more comfortable. When we arrived in Rome it was quite late and it was almost too late to check in due to our flight being delayed. Giuseppe offered to pick us up from the airport (Ciampino). which was great because we didn't know the city very well and were worried about how we would get there. 所有评语 » Everything was perfect, it is really a B&B, just because there is no 24h reception, but I would perfectly call it a Hotel, in fact a 4 stars hotel. It is really near the Vatican and the underground station, so you are virtually close to everything you need. The staff is very small, but quite efficient; they are ready to help you in every single detail you need. The room cleaning service was absolutely amazing; every day I arrived to the hotel, my room was like my first day there, everything. -perfect location, next to Ottaviano Metro station and the Vatican City, you can find everything near the hotel,restuarants,gelaterias,shops. -very clean and tidy, everything inside the room is new, a boiler,coffee and tea was provided every day -free wifi inside the rooms -pleasant staff Πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονη στη Ρώμη. Very spacious room in the centre of Rome. Room had excellent facilities, including a stocked mini fridge and tea & coffee. Staff were very friendly and willing to offer their advice on restaurants and tourist attractions. Excellent location for an early morning start to the Vatican City. The location is excellent, close to Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. Sr. Vincenzo, the host, was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is quiet, very clean ,the room was large and bright, everything inside the room is new. I recommend this Hotel to everyone. On the first night the bed preference was mixed up, but they were very quick to correct it. -could be a bit cheaper, over 100€ per night for vacation in May booked 3 months earlier,in a hotel located at a floor of a building without breakfast or any special amenities/. It was just fine. To be simply perfect it only misses the breakfast...but I'm sure you can get a good one nearby!. I Didn't find anything to say. The breakfast included (to be taken in a nearby bar) was very very poor (a coffee and a croissant), but much more friendly in the "Habbemus café" than in the café just in front of the gh. The sound isulation wasn't so perfect. The breakfast offered on the other side of the street which is included in the price. A bit more choice would be an improvement. Small issue but the tv in the room did not work. The main clerk didn't speak much English. That made our communication challenging. He made up for it with great service and helpfulness. Could do with larger signage on street entrance as we walked past it twice in the dark. nothing. No phone in the room. Nothing. No breakfast facilities, towels were poor more like dish cloths and had holes in them. No view from the window. Nothing. Room to the street. breakfast - one cross the street bad service, cant speak english. another one portion too small.. Shower, difficult to navigate in/out, design for narrow people only. Bed uncomfortable, noise from the street very early in the morning.
