Hotel very welcome, rooms clean and cotton towels changed daily. Staff very charming and helpful. Hotel close to Termini Railway Station and close to all transport in Rome. Tasty breakfasts,Kind staff,Good service of cleaning. Helpful staff. Excellent service. Our deluxe double room was one of the most spacious, cleanest, andnicely designed rooms we've stayed in during our trip. Beautiful woodfurnishings and extraordinary tile floors in the room and bathroom.Bathroom was immaculate and spacious. Staff was readily available andattentive to any minor complaints or concerns. Breakfast on the rooftopwas a unique touch and consisted of many items.
所有评语 » Everything is great. :) The staff is good. Location is great. Breakfast ok. The room is very clean. And there is a balcony for all the rooms we stayed in different days (We went to other places and come back again). The restaurant nearby is very nice. Expecially the Chinese Restaurant Hong Kong in Via Masala (another side of Termini entrance from Corallo hotel). Must try. booking. Location - great for using metro and rail. The rooms were very comfortable(especially the air/con!) and clean. Breakfast was ok if you like danish pastries and strong coffee. Next door at the Yellow Bar they serve english style breakfast.The staff were very helpful about storing our bags near the reception before and after checking in/out.Very friendly staff, very clean room, towels change everyday. breakfast was ok. Not much variety, only danish, chesse, hard bread, cappucino, chocolate, orange juice. It would be better if they provide some ham or eggs and fruits. lovely quiet clean room, close to termini, in a nice area. location, comfort and cleanness of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave my friend and I a lot of information on touring the city. The breakfast is served on the top floor and the view is beautiful.The staff was very nice, all rooms are at the 6th floor and we had a wonderful view. Also the location is very good, very close to Termini. proximity to railway station and restaurants, room was very quiet. They clean room every day. Hotel staff was polite. near central station. We listened everything when we was in the room.Papery towels and a small lift. The towels were of the linen variety,like tablecloths. There were lots of stairs, and only a 2 person lift.The room floor is freezing cold. Must wear socks or slipper. The wall of the room is very thin, whereby you can hear the luggage sound, people walking, talking, and cleaning by the cleaning lady. However, not a problem if you are really tired. There was a lot of commotion in the streets below on our second night there, and some sounds that sounded like shots (but probably weren't, since no police cars came afterwards). My friend and I were scared, but all the noise died down by midnight, so I guess it was okay.Night staff spoke no Enlgish (but still friendly). a bit far from termini, this is importat if you got heavy luggae. big Elevator. It was february and rather chilly outside, and the heating was not on. However, we had air conditioning and we turned it on heat.breakfast is delicious but there are few selections. coffee is great though. The shower curtain wasn't the best because as far as we could, we spilled water everywere and the drain didn't worked properly. it was kind clogged.staff - poor English. Staff terrible, especially at night, towels very bad, small bathroom and not well cleaned, It is expensive if consider quality of services.
