Hotel was clean and the room was quite good (ideal for sleeping after long sightseeing). We didn't have any bad experience with staff, everything was OK. You can play your own movies if you have them on Flash disk using their television. The great advantage of this hotel is its location in the centre of Rome. It's easy to get to the airport, railway station and subway. Staff on the reception are very plesant and can find and give any information which you need.

Staff were very courteous and helpful; breakfast was very good; the single rooms provided everything we needed; the price was reasonable. Thank you all. It was a lovely hotel very clear excellent location 2' from bus and train station I am very pleasant with the room service I surely recommend it!. The night portiere was very friendly and helped me with internet and for printing. The room was clean and silent, very good for a restful sleep. great location a minute walking from Termini, avarge breakfast, stuff are very helpfull, they also let us check out 2 hours late for free. Very good location close to railway station and room was more than acceptable. No problems and would stay there again. Good position, room pleasant and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Location near Termini train station and close to hop-on hop-off bus stop. it very close to the main trasnportation hub of Rome. (Termini). The location is perfect. Stuff on reception was nice. Location, comfortable small rooms. The location was great as close to public transport and had a room specifically set aside to put the bags in so could have another full days sight seeing. This is not a four star hotel, at maximum a two star one. I liked nothing. Located nearby Roma Termini. the hotel is near termini station, that's about all the positive it has. You can get cheaper hotel in this area, but since we were looking at last minute, this one was the cheapest one. Breakfast is not bad, if you know what to choose. Cheese, milk, yougurt and coffee (it was good "hot drink", but not coffee) was not good. We ate mainly toasts with butter and honey, pineapples, croassaints (and other sweet things) and mortadella. All that stuff was quite good. There is no wi-fi. Quality of products on breakfast is low. -no wifi in room -the bed was not very comfortable. The shower was very small and sometimes the water was cold. I didn't like the breakfast, the bread was stale and the cheese not fresh. small rooms. Nothing. Nothing. Stayed during a time when a lot of hotels were full, so we paid higher than usual. room a bit small. shower could not swing a cat let alone anything else. dont be a big person. They shut off the WiFi at Midnight, and it was only available in the lobby. food. Bathroom is tiny.Internet in the lobby only. Staffs were not the most friendly, a bit more enthusiasm would help. We arrived for breakfast at 6:50am (10mins earlier) as we have early flight to catch....the kitchen staff gave us attitude about coming in early even though everything was already set!! The check in staffs gave us no info about breakfast times etc when we checked in. They need training. I wouldn't go there for the charming staffs (or lack of) but its close to the main station is its only advantage. Smallest room we ever staid in. No internet!!! No vegetableas at the breakfast buffet. We wanted to check out at 13 but the receptionist (an older gentleman) said that he will charge us half day for that hour. I argued and got half an hour with the threat that if we were late even 5 minutes he will charge us. Poor hotel policy with late check out. Hotel was advertised as air-conditioned but it was not turned on. Hotel room very cramped. Room is very small, breakfast is awful. The stuff who serves during the breakfast behave them self awful. They shout at people, did not pay any respect. I have never seen such awful stuff in any hotel. Staff were very unfriendly and cold didn't make us feel welcome at all but I suppose they don't run their business on repeat bookings, we won't be returning or recommending which is a shame because the hotel was lovely clean and great location. A smile and a simple good morning would be perfect!. The staff were unhelpful, room tiny, breakfast poor quality, ran out of hot water twice, rooms were shabby with holes in linen and marks all over the walls. The room was very small and with a very small, uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was also too small. The breakfast was horrible. Who gives stars to these hotels? This hotel should be NOT on booking. No Wi-Fi even at the reception, extremely small room, noisy airconditioning, all the tv channels are only in Italian, nothing in English. Small rooms, no A/C after 4 pm, no wifi (except in lobby), and i found curly hairs belonging to another previous guest on the green bed cover of my room.
