Feel like I made an informed decision based on the reviews I read. Sure, the room and shower were quite small but I was experiencing travel like the Europeans do. I have stayed in smaller rooms. We did not mind walking the two blocks to breakfast. After the first day, the man at the breakfast place was very friendly. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The one older lady obviously did not want to be bothered , "No parlez ingles!" We got along fine when we settled on Spanish as a co.
所有评语 » A very nice hotel with a friendly personnel. Located near Termini railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to go to a cafe outside, where you can have a cup of coffee/tea/milk and a cake which are very tasty. The main historical places are a 30-min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were given daily. Opposite to what I have read about this place, it was not nois. Size of room was above average.The room on the was on the fifth floor and looked out over a courts yard and parts of the sky line of Rome around Roma Termini. Quiet, double glazed windows and shutters, air conditioning all made the room comfortable to be in. Breakfast was included but was only coffee and croissant in a bar across the road. This was fine for us because we knew from other reviews what to expect. Wifi was easy to connect to. Easy to find Hotel Katty is in a great location for getting around. Eating in the area was easy with a supermarket just round the corner and plenty of small eating places around. I would describe the hotel as budget but we felt it was clean, comfortable and convienent. From memory there has been some criticism of the area but I felt fine - perhaps after midnight might be a bit different. We would happily return. An excellent value for the money. They deliver what they offer: a clean room with private bathroom. The rooms are spacious. Air conditioning and the beds are good. The owner sticks to her promises. The location is near Termini station. The room is cleaned every day. Nice quiet area. Plenty of eateries nearby. Close to transport hub. Large air conditioned room. Good bathroom plentiful hot water etc. Rooms on 4th. And 5th. Floors of the building but the 3 person (not with luggage) lift is fine. Would definitely return. Rooms with quadraple beds were good. Clean, spacious and neat.Location very close to termini satiation.wifi worked well in the rooms.nearby supermarket was additional advantage and they provided refrigerator as well. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel Katty if very near the city centre, bus and train depot. It was very convenient to walk from there and around Rome to see the sites. Staff was excellent. They even returned a lost health card to us!. A reasonably priced hotel only about 5 minutes walk from Termini Station. Room was basic but more than adequate. Free WI-FI and aircon was available. Early check-in time of 1200 was helpful. The room looked even better then on pictures. Good location, close to Termini; lots of restaurants nearby. We liked breakfast in nearby coffee shop (coffee or drink with croissant/cake). All the staff were very friendly and it was nicely situated near Termini and the local resturants were all worth a visit - great pub down the road for the young at heart. 10 minutes away and "on the better side" of Termini station, great price for a clean, simple room. Staff very helpful when we wanted hair drier etc. Free Wifi in hotel. Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from a Metro Station and 10 minutes walk from Termini. Breakfast was given across the street at a very nice restaurant. Excellent location only 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Comfortable bed and decent hot water supply in shower. One can walk 8-10 min from Termini train station, 3-4 min walk to the metrro station or 2-3 to the bus station. Then you can go any place to the city. Location, close to Rome Termini station, easy to find Room is large size. I would like to have been able to separate the twin beds a little more. There was not much room between them. Hot water in the shower does not run immediently, you have to wait a bit. But this is not a problem I guess? )). The bed was a bit hard. The professional photos had paintings on the walls where as our room did not have any. Our room was street side (4th flr) and there was a small amount of noise but it wasn't enough to disturb our sleep! Light sleepers might want to ask for a back room. Bear in mind that the breakfast included is italian (one coffee and one bun per person). The TV is only in italian, no international cable. No glasses (or plastic cups) provided in the bathroom. Threats of 50 Euro fine for any attempt to do any laundry in the room. Understandable for large scale washing of clothes etc. but a few socks and knickers are not going to make a mess. Nothing specific. The hotel rooms are on the 4th and 5th floor, hence you have the choice of climbing 8 or 10 sets of stairs or to use an ancient lift of the sliding door variety. No breakfast available but you do get a voucher which entitles to a coffee and a muffin (or equivalent) at a cafe across the road. It can be a 30-minute walk to Rome's main attractions (60 minutes for the Vatican), though there are plenty of public transport options. Breakfast was voucher based, served in a bar right opposite hotel. Seemed like it didn't matter what we asked for we got what they wanted to serve. Tolerable as it was once a day only but bit funny. Maybe it's an Italian thing :D. the beds were not very comfortable. Nothing. Everything as expected. There wasn't anything. having to go out of the hotel a few streets away for breakfast, by 10 am, & despite the bad weather had to vacate the room by 11 am daily. Breakfast was in another location and was very limited, but it was included so again it wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was in small bar outside near the hotel (cake and coffe). Nothing. nothing. Brakfast was in a different place. Very small bathroom. Nothing. no such thing. the breakfast. The mattress of our double bed was terrible. The daily unintentional wake up call - The staff would talk loudly every morning (you can hear everything through the walls) Washing of clothes is not allowed. They would charge 50euros if you wash clothes in the bathroom - this was hard for us group of friends backpackers. the cleanness is not really satisfied. few steps at the lift lobby, it would be tough for heavy suit cases. No hair dryer and iron, no shelf in the shower. Washing clothing is not allowed, otherwise, it will charge €50 as penalty. There is a timer of lights in bathroom and bedroom. It's scary, when you are using bathroom at night, the light is shut down suddenly. Breakfast only obtain a piece of bread and a cup of coffee.
