Very good location, near Cavour metro station. Hotel staff was very helpful in several situations. Coffee and croissant at breakfast were excellent. The breakfast room was always clean and the lady serving the breakfast was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day very carefully and they were spotless clean. Always enough hot water in the shower. Ac worked well. The location was great and we had a very warm welcome from the staff. Who were very helpful and keen to assist. The room was modern and clean and well worth the value for money To conclude, a lovely hotel and excellent value for money. Definitely stay here again!.

Willing to help with anything I may need. Conveniently located near subway station for getting around town. Good location only 5 min away from the colosseum, and not too far fromthe center either. The hotel was generally very good. Very helpful staff, perfect location with all the main sightseeing attraction in walking distance, however, the hotel is "hidden" in a tiny street outside the main tourist noise. The premises are clean. What is important in winter times (and not being a rule at all in Southern Europe cheaper hotels), the heating of the room was perfectly functioning. location is great. 3 minates to coloseo 5-6 minutes to piazza venezia .the staff is very kind.breakfast is nice.near the hotel there is nice cafeteria. the hotel is very quiet and you can sleep easy.perfect location.Very friendly staff and willing to help in any manner. Very clean hotel and excellent location. Will go again to the hotel. Ivanhoe is set up in a very convenient spot, literally walking distance to any part of the city of Rome. The Cavour metro stop is just 2 minutes away, ancient Rome perhaps 5 mins, we even walked to the Trevi fountain. The rooms are fairly small, but it is a lot of value because it is very functional and has all you need for a basic, comfortable stay in Rome. . great location and excellent customer service, especially a lady from the reception who remembered about my birthday - nice surprise. Every member of hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Friendly staff, they help you with anything. The hotel is situated only 5 minutes walk from colosseum. Clean room. Two blocks from the Metro and then two stops to Termini which is the hub for the Metro lines. Within easy reach of everything we wanted to see. The location of the hotel was very good. The shower cabin was small but enough for us.No faults with the hotel or staff only that the breakfast is a bit limited but more than adequate. The lady on duty was jovial and eager to please. This is rare compared with other more expensive hotels we have stayed in!. Nothing unexpected or inadequate with regard to the price cathegory of the hotel. We had been "warned" about the small bathroom by previous reviews. No problem for us, but persons with more overweight should think twice before booking. The breakfast was adequate, typical for this area and price cathegory. The noise isolation between rooms was weak, but it is typical for this hotel cathegory too.the bath is very small. The showers are small but very clean. Breakfast could be more varied.None, really - we were happy with what we got. Breakfast was poor.no hot water for tea in the evening available just tea from the pub from 2EUR. didn't worked the lift around 12 h. unfortunatly the so called breakfast is not only poor, it's absolutly disgusting. Shower stalls very cramped. Our room was extremely small. Guests should be made aware of the size of the rooms when booking. The shower pressure was amazing but there was not a lot of room in the shower cubicle.Some problems with aircondition on July (+33C). The bathroom was very small. Only two negatives to give here. One of them minor and one of them a big cautionary for travelers. We had a bit of a problem getting them to understand that two adults would want two keys. I think this in part was because you need a room key to run the electric. Major issue for large sized travelers. The shower would be impossible for anyone even slightly over weight to use. The bathroom was too small, esp the shower, lack of tea/coffee in the room. Taxidrivers did not know where the hotel was, and we were charged for them getting lost. Our phone did not work in our room, plus the shower was broken. And the "hotel's driver" who took as to the airport, was unprofessional, he not only drove 170km at one point, but talked on his phone and wrote notes in a book while driving all of this. The space was very small in the room and specially in the bathroom. The breakfast was not good enough.
