Accessible to several bus lines 10 mins to Termini, 20 mins to Vatican, 15 mins to Colosseum....the location is perfect. We found several inexpensive restaurants, local eats, supermarket a few feet from the Suite, we did not speak a word of Italian but all the people, restaurants, and locals would try to accommodate you. I would highly suggest the area for its convenience, budget conscious travelers and open to local feel or lifestyle.
所有评语 » The room we chose looked just like in the picture. Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent. We stayed there on two night in the beginning of July. A family suit for three people. Location is great. The staff is very helpful. It is easy to access to these historical seesightings.Moreover a supermarket is close by. The staff also recommend a good restraunant that offers great Italian food with 10% discount. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. I definately recommend it to my friends. Excellent friendly and helpful staff with lots of local knowledge. They have a set price taxi service to the airport. Nice restaurants near by. Lovely room. Having the car park next door (with a rate negotiated by the hotel) and a good supermarket next to the car park made life very easy. It was also close to transport all over the city. He opened the door for us and introduced the city and attractions carefully. Room was very clean. The suits are located just a few minutes from the bus stop and was in a walking distance from Villa Borgnese. Little kitchen with snack mashine was available. The room was clean and comfortable. The building had a charm to it and the lift was a pleasant throw back to the 1920's. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very well equipped and large room. Very clean and quiet. Everything was A-Class. The toilet button didn't work properly. You had to push really hard multiple times to flush. There was also a little bit of dust in our wardrobe, but it wasn't a big deal. Not a thing.worthy of money. The hotel could do with some signage outside - it was hard to find at night. The staff knocked our door 9 o'clock in the morning to urged us to check out! This made us angry and it is very annoying!. Noise of the dustmen in the early hours of each morning. The location is a bit far from termini station and main attractions. Nothing. I would stay at Villa Borghese again. Can hear all noises from other parts inside. No breakfast or at least some healthy choices in the vending machine....fruit, yogurt etc. In a more residential area of Rome which was a little further out from the sights. Reasonable access to these areas with bus which staff told us about. WLAN did not work. There was a extremely loud buzzing noise that would happen during the night while we were sleeping. Although cleaning is done every day, dealing with staff that was not at all attentive to detail. Cleaning the bathroom is lacking. As is noted that some rooms have parquet on the floor, others do not, so given the management of the hotel, as the location by sunlight (August to Rome is very hot, sometimes unbearable). Furniture, although again it is badly maintained, and air conditioning in common areas, designed to prepare breakfast, is ruined. the bed. nothing. No curtains in room with a view from the opposite building through the window directly on the bed. Badly soundproofed. Pics posted looked much better than what it was in reality. No breakfast Problems with hot water. The hot water did not work so Marika, the recepcionist, told me that I have a 50% discount. She lied me telling that I have to pay everything but in a few days I will receive the money bank by a IBAN transfer. As you can imagine I have not receive my money back. Additionally, when I arrive to the guesthouse nobody was there and I have to wait for half hour.
