This is highly recommended. The whole building is clean and the very entrance has class. The rooms and everything in the complex is so clean and well kept. Santo is a such a nice and lovely host. You feel at home the moment you step in. Everything is taken care of. He will do everything to make you feel at home and will guide you about the attractions and events in Rome. The location is very good as it is close to Termini Metro/Train station, so it is easy to get to the city and also easy when . 所有 评语 »
The room we had was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good - the fresh coffee was the best part. Location was good for sightseeing and for arriving/departing (as walking distance to Metro and Termini Station). Not a great spot for Italian food (expensive) but good for Indian food. Definitely recommended as this is probably the best deal you can get in Rome.
We like this B&B very much. The room is new, clean and with modern design, the price is reasonable, the host and his wife are really nice, they also have two cute kids.
If you don't open the window, it's quiet at night.

Staff was really nice and helpful, the room was clean and wide, it is a brand new b&b, so everything was working perfectly, cosy breakfast, good position for visiting the city since it is situated between two metro stations: Roma Termini and Vittorio Emanuele.
The pension is new. Rooms very clean and spacious and the . Breakfast sufficient in very nice kitchen. The owner very helpful and friendly. The hotel is opposite the main train station, yet very quiet.

Santolo was fantastic. We booked late on the day of arrival and he was still there to meet us at 10pm. he was so friendly and helpful. We were very grateful to him for our stay. The economy room was excellent. we enjoyed our stay.

Improvements could be allowing guests to use the kettle in the kitchen outside of breakfast hours and maybe setting up the outside terrace for guests use as the B&B lacks a little atmosphere.
The only disadvantage is the location. It's not so close to the train station as we though. So it's really painful for us when drag our heavy luggage to the train station.
the b&b is situated between Termini train station and, I was told, a kind of chinatown area ... for me it was ok and I felt completely safe, but you may want to consider it if you think it might be a problem for you.
The hotel was a little further from the Roma Termini train station than it looked on letsbookhotel.com map. but still a good location, especially if seeing the Colosseum.
