I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome. 所有评语 » We stayed on 6-bed room and there was a lot of space for everybody. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). The hostel is well located, 5 minutes walking distance from Termini train station where also buses from airports stop. We barely used public transport as city center is not far. The o. Room was large, so it wasn't crowded for 8 beds. Bed did not creak and were fairly comfortable bunks. Bathrooms were always clean. Guy who served breakfast was amazingly friendly. Coin machines to get change for various vending machines. Staff was always available to answer questions. Door monitored by desk person, and individual rooms require electronic key (safe). The hostel is excellent! The bedroom is big, the toilet is very clean, the shower is great and the service are nice... I.really liked to stay there, one of the best of my trip... People are very kind and the service is 24/24h for your question. It's clean. It's near the train station and not very far form the Colossom, indeed, transport is very easy. The staff was the best I came across in Italy. So close to the station and some of the attractions. I left at 6.30am and they happily prepared the breakfast for me. Has free pizza when I stay there almost every night.and there is a chance to meet others.it is very nice. 24Hours receiption. Very close the station termini. it was very comfortable and not expensive. a little far from beach, but with bicycle I could go in 15min. very comfortable room and facilities. Clean. Staff was extremely helpful and even printed out my boarding pass for me. Close to train and a few metro stops from most sights. This is the most convenient and worth it hostel ive ever tried! The location is excellent, right next to Roma Termini so you can conveniently travel everywhere by Metro or bus (although all the landmarks of historical Rome are pretty much in walking distance). _ The have the lockers in the room so you can keep your valuable things. _ The shared bathroom is divided by gender and equipped with hairdryer. _ The staff is professional and helpful. They give free map and instruction for travelling. Room was good and the atmosphere was very nice.located nearer to terminal is really a good point.If u wanna make a short stay u can really go for it.its really worth for t.. Convenient location. Maybe the neighborhood little- if you walk there in the night and you come from Termini station, you do not feel very safe. If you come back walking from the other side, it is ok though. I heard that somebody from the hostel was robbed on the way back to hostel, but we did not have any problem. There were no paper towels in bathroom, so you had to take your towel any time you even wanted to wash your hands. WiFi didn't reach room, so always had to go in the hall to use it. Lock they sold me in lobby (5 euros) didn't fit the locker in the room. Toilet was outside the room. However not a big issue. Only a couple of doors down. There is a kitchen,but only have hot water,it cannot cook something. The area was a little bit sketchy at night. There always seemed to be something small wrong. One day the water pressure was too low for there to be showers on the 5th floor (I showered on another floor), another the elevator was broken. Small things like that. The locker is a bit difficult to use. because my padlock is quite small. The door is hard to open, you must practise many times. In the evening to drink tea from soup bowls was unusual, but funny)) I mean, to have some cups during day time would be better. Very good in this price~. The location around the hostel is dirty and stinky. Shared bathroom, but it was OK. The heater did not turn on, so the room was not properly heated when I was there. the bathroom is cold, without chauffage. nothing. poorly equipped kitchen. No breakfast included, some noise in the night, maybe not so secure in relation to the front door once it's a buildying with lots of ins and outs during the day and night!. the door of the room is hard to open &noisy. Laundry service is expensive. Could have installed more sockets in the rooms, given the high amount of electronic devices people have. confusion with the name of floors between Belarus and Italy=). Not being able to get the wifi to work in my room. Nothing. Nothing in particular. There's only one sheet and a pillow case for the stay. In the morning the buffet is served in the kitchen so travelers cannot use it during that time. My room was just beside the reception so i have to go thru the reception to go to the bath room which is quite embarrassing. No water machine. breakfast tickets AC in room too loud. There are no towels and kitchen. _ The 2-storied beds is quite low so if you sleep in the bottom beds, there's no way you can sit upstraight. _ The censory light in the bathroom tends to turn off by itself every few minutes. _ There's not enough place to hang your clothes inside the shower room so it tends to get wet. _ They don't have kitchen facilities so forget about self-catering.toilets should be cleaned properly !!. In the kitchen you cannot use of a stove. No microwave oven. You can only use a kettle and fridge. In the morning to have Breakfast, you must pay 4 euros. Wi-Fi catches only on the second floor near the Laundry service, a computer room and near the reception Desk. On the second floor saw cockroaches. No common room, no ambiance, renovation with no rebates, kitchen not available but advertised.
