Great location close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Beautifully appointed public areas and rooms although these were a bit small. Very friendly staff. Great rooftop terrace and restaurant.
Hotels in Italy need to overcome the regulations and make an iron available in rooms for people to press clothes. Laundry services are generally too expensive for this.

The whole staff were fantastic and were some of the most welcomingpeople we have ever encountered anywhere - I would recommend this hotelas a great little hotel in a very convenient location for all the majorsights in rome
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They tried hard to communicate in English as we did in Italian.
We did not like the fact that there was a charge for sitting in the garden restaurant. As guests of the hotel we did not feel as though we should have to pay this additional fee. We purchased two bottles of wine, appetizers and dessert.
Everything was excellent the Staff,Foodand Location only 30min walk to the furthest sights.Vatican City and the Colosseum all others 10min walk
The staff were very helpful and friendly (im sure they are asked the same questions day in day out!) we ate in the resturant and the food was wonderful, it was very central and very clean and well maintained, the rooms were always clean.

The room was quite small although adequate. Super bed and linen changed daily. There was no tea/coffee making facilityin the room

The hotel location was excellent - easy access to all popular sites. Although it was located in the center of Rome, it was very calm and quite in the room during night.

The location of the hotel was good (only five mins walk from the Spanish Steps). The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome straight away. Breakfast, which was included in the price was excellent - there was something to suit everyone. The restaurant at the hotel was also excellent.
We had read that rooms in Italian hotels were generally small so we upgraded to a Deluxe room which was still quite small - although adequate.
The female receptionists were outstanding. The central location was good.

Location of the hotel is great. Walking distance from di Trevi fountain, Piaza di Spagna, and Shoping centers and under 100m to the metro station. The personal were very helpful with perfect english. We asked early accomodation because of very early arrival and our room was ready in 08:00AM without additional payment.
The rooms are small (for almost all hotels in Italy) and the breakfast is frugal.

staff - I need to see an optician and they directed me to the local hospital, which was the best solution. I enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant - the food was simple (e.g. no sauces) and good - staff also very friendly.
I asked for a quiet room - I got it - a room with no windows - a bit odd and a bit too quiet
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Hotel location is perfect for all major sites, being centrally located between Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Public transport nearby, gets you with ease to Vatican and Coliseum. Try the restaurant 1st or 2nd night of your stay, you will eat in it more than once, the food is great and really good value.
