We were highly satisfied with the service of Aelius B&B. The first thing you should keep in mind is that it is not a regular hotel where everyone will be at service 24/7. But if you are looking for a cozy, yet renovated room at a very affordable price at the heart of Rome (it is so close to Termini and Repubblica and next to Piazza delle Finanze) and a small breakfast to keep you going for your day in Rome, Aelius is definitely the place. You have a free laptop, connected to internet at you.
所有评语 » The staff was excellent, super-friendly. Many thanks to Paulo for making sure our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast which included coffee, hot chocolate, juice, marmelades, toast, yogurts in several flavors, cereal, croissants, cake... And I am sure I am missing some stuff. The location is very close to the Termini station, about 5-7 minutes of walking. Very kind staff. The rooms are very beautiful, confortable and clean, with view to the street, providing a notebook for personal use (which was very useful in my case). The localization is very good too, near at Termini Station. The breakfast is good. Not so many options, but enough. Paulo was wonderful. Very kind to prepare our breakfast in the room when we had to check out early. The room was beautiful. Close to Termini. A bit noisy traffic outside but not an issue because we were too tired every night. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the cappuccino. Even though we arrived late in the evening, there was no problem with the check in. The breakfast was lovely with fresh croissants and cappucino. The location was great, located between Roma Termini and Villa Borghese and with walking distance to both the Vatican and the Colosseum. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. My room (single) was the biggest single I've had in 2 months of travelling.It was spotlessly clean and looked nearly brand new. Everything was very modern. Decent sized TV and wifi throughout. Ten minute walk from the station. great value, staff was awesome and will help you out with whatever you need, speak english very well. There are bus stops close to b&b and train station isn't to far away so easy transit to main locations in rome. Room was clean and very nice great value. The room was beautifully furnished and very clean. The laptop in the room was a great idea and very useful. Really good location just 5mins walk from Termini station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and neat, and the staffs are very helpful. Clean and neat rooms with recent renovation, very nice looking, even unexpectedly so. Close to Termini train and metro station, but not in the vicinity. All in all - a respectably looking place. close to termini station, close to reppublica metro station and close to many points of interest in Rome - walking distance to many places. Staff was very friendly, specially Paulo. Location is walking distance to the train station. Room is very clean and have free wifi. staff is very nice, cause our train was late. They waited for us until 11pm. This hotel provides good service, the location is good, 10 minutes walk to the railway station, and it is convenient to see other places. Good place and nice owner. 比较普通的B&B,性价比还可以. the hotel is small but nice yet warm. the breakfirst is good. the lady in the reception is super nice. The trattatoria below was the best thing here. The morning breakfast served was also nice. Nothing - everything was perfect!. It's not exactly a complaint, but the reception and the breakfast hall is just outside the rooms so if someone would want to sleep a little more in the morning would hear some noise. Bad Wi-Fi signal/speed sometimes. The localization doesn't have big markets nearby, so prepare to spend some money on basic things like water and snacks. Nothing. Everything was fine. breakfast was small and after staying for 3 nights gets pretty boring but can't expect more for the price here. Our room was on opposite side of building so we went up and down stairs or elevator to get to the breakfast everymorning and to check in/out. Perhaps a bit more choice for the breakfast would be good. The air-conditioner was a bit too loud, but we could sleep (it's not possible to sleep with open window due to not only heat but also very noisy city buses stopping right under the windows). room is very small and if you have many luggage, be aware. A long stair to reception and another long stair to the room I was in - other block of the building. If Paulo is there, he helps a lot !! in a very nice way !. the bath room is a bit crowed, when you are taking bath, u may hit the pipes or taps. Being right outside the main lobby/breakfast room meant that we could hear everything that happened out there. I would recommend requesting a room which is not right off the reception area. The pillows were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. You kind of miss a bidet in the bathroom, an alternative is provided, but it is not easy to use if it's your first time. I didn't avail myself of the breakfast so I can't comment on it. Nothing. breakfast could have been better although it was good. Swapping stairs from room side to breakfast bit annoying ,great capachino!!. it just a recommendation, please advice visitors that the hotel is inside a building with a shared door. shower water is a little small. the location is not far from the termini station, but it takes long time to find out. becauce there is no sign outside. you have to check from google map and follow that to find it. the bathroom is tooo small but clean. This location was very difficult to find as there is no obvious signage and no one near it knew where it was. Pay attention to the little numbers on the buildings and look for the name on the speak system to the building. Unexpectedly Rome was an arduous hiking experience so ...be ready for that to get to all the sites. The food in ROme even the famous Trastavere was not as expected..not fresh and tasteless overall. WOuld have anticipated great food everywhere and the best thing was the gelato!.
