At 10 AM when we was supposed to check-out, there was no one at reception so we waited in the room until someone came to the reception. But when this person came, he gave us the rough side of the tongue arguing that we should proceed the check-out at 10 and leave the key under the door: (
the rooms are ok, but for people in wheelchair is the appartment not very good.
