  Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it. I think this may have been our favorite part of the stay- a hot drink and 2 delicious pastries. The breakfast makes this a super deal. Nice reception or owner (Mr Marco). Supermarket in front of the hotel. Location is very close to city attractions and everything you need. We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great. This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

  The location is beautiful. Also in mid feb it is nice. The complex was not fully booked. It can happen that you are alone in the complex. For us it didn’t matter but I can imagine that some people like not to be alone in a ‘remote’ area. The rooms were big and nicely decorated.   Everything. The 4 nights stay here is our best part of our 2 weeks holiday in Italy. The hosts are super friendly and their way of working and living is inspiring. Maria prepared optional dinners and there was no repetition for the 4 nights - delicious! The stay really connects us with the essence of Tuscany. We definitely will come back! And my 6 years old girl misses so much of the swallows living under the r - very friendly hosts, always ready to help; their suggestions for wine tasting, restaurants, places to see, were truly the best we received during our 2 week stay in Tuscany. Close to Siena - 15-20 minutes drive from downtown on normal road or about 1 hour on a beautiful white road also recommended by the host for the views. We highly recommend it.

  we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . - decoration is very nice. personal is very friendly and intimate. room is comfortable, bathroom is also big.
