  Everyting! Absolutely perfect stay, beatiful suites. Location is very good. Room is huge, jacuzzi and shower are both great. Very comfortable stay. Staff was helpful. TIP- go to the top level of the bar on the roof- good food and amazing view on sunset.   Very good hotel. Near the center of Florence. We stayed here with friends for 5 nights. There is a railway station near the hotel. We arrived to Bologna e Pisa from here. The room was for 3 persons, simple but comfort. There was a kettle, tea, towels, an iron we took on the reseption. Breakfasts were normal.
