  Cristina is the most helpful host we ever encountered: speaks splendid english and helped us with all the information we needed. The room was sparkling clean and the towels changed daily. The location was very suitable for a peaceful stay: very quiet during the night, 10 minutes walking distance from the Dome and still away from the center crowds.... 别人怎么说 » Standard though very rich breakfast for Italy: croissant, bread buns, yoghurt, coffee/tea and orange juice. - The main advantage of the hotel is its hostess Christina who is extermely friendly and charming. She also speaks English well and is always affable. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The same I can say about a bathroom. The breakfast was good for Italy (coffee, fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurt). The hotel properly is close enough to Santa Maria Novella train station, the most city sights and Mercato centrale.

  Leonardo is an amazing guy, no problems, very friendly, great equipment of kitchen and breakfast things. He gave us tips what to see in Firenze, a city map with bus stop information, good restaurants, gelateria (terrific!) and supermarket locations.
