  The property was quite rundown but the attention provided by owner Renata made up for it. The rooms were very spacious, full of antiques and the bathrooms adecuate. It's only a 15 minute ride from A1 expressway but inmersed in the countriside with beautiful views.   Location - Could not fault the place. Staff and facilities very good. Must be the only hotel in Italy that ensures the food is always topped up at breakfast time and never runs out. A perfect location for a complete break where you do not even have to leave the confines of the complex. Highly recommended.
