  Overall we had a nice 5 day's stay at the hotel. The Island is still pretty and unspoilt and there are some small rocky beaches. Positive is the friendly staff and serving a good breakfast. They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. Alessio, Silvio, Francesca, and Stefan were wonderful and welcoming in every way. It made for a family type of environment, which was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to the islands. I would definitely recommend Mamma Santina without hesitation.

  We were very impressed by the way staff arranged all transfers particularly because we did not speak Italian. The desk staff were wonderful. Such a relief to be able to communicate in English. Loved the place. - Great staff, beautiful grounds.

  Friendliness of staff, stunning views, relaxed atmosphere and terrific evening meals! - The infinity pool has the most amazing view and our room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. Every day that I met the hotel owners Arcangelo and his partner Tata I was met with a warm and friendly greeting, like coming home to a family house rather than a hotel. Archangelo was always interested in how we were enjoying the island of Salina, he also made sure that we had whatever we may have needed to make our stay comfortable.   We booked for two nights and stayed for four. This is a perfect place to stay in the Aeolian islands. Wonderful hosts, breakfast watching the sunrise over the water, and very close to small beach for swimming . - The hosts are wonderful, the artworks in the bedrooms are charming, the coffee is delicious, the view is super.
