  It was a beautiful setting and the people were very accomidating - The staff was very helpful and accomodating. They also had a staff member who spoke English which they did not have on a prior visit.

  What is there not to like from a good hotel and restaurant in the hills just outside Pistoia. It was still off season so we were unable to be outside where there is a pool(presently not operating) and lovely views. The food was very good and well priced including an excellent inclusive breakfast.
