Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa.
