Really close to the airport, we walked around on arrival which took about 15 minutes. The hotel is lovely, so clean and everything seems so new and modern. Even though its really close to the airport the noise from the airport does not affect your stay at all as the double glazing seems to be so good. A good location for both Milan and Bergamo - we got the airport shuttle to Milan one day and then walked into Bergamo the next day and returned on the bus. The staff at the hotel were lovely an.
所有评语 » 15 min walk from the airport, very easy to find. Perfect price for the hotel that is absolutely new. Unique modern design, big spacious room with a lot of staff (kitchen with tea making facilities, fridge, LCD Tv, big bathroom). Very good breakfast (served from 6:00). A lot of good restaurants in area, one pizzeria/restaurant is even connected with hotel(in a yard), food amazingly good and low prices. Initially check in was dogged by uncertain staff Tanya and Matteo . Tanya in particular tried to overcharge for seperate bed (I was sharing with my elderly Dad 81yrs) and airport shuttle. However this was later rectified and I was refunded without any fuss. Hotel is difficult to find specially without a GPS. Great hotel and breakfast was laid on early due to early flight. Would highly recommend. 57 Reshotel was brilliant in every way, from the design to the comfort of the room, staff were lovely and helpful, everything was pure luxury in our opinion I could not find fault with anything! I'd love to mention the little family-run restaurant next door (where you have breakfast) their food is gorgeous, and could not wish for any better service!Highly recommended!. We stayed for one night there and was happy to have this hotel.Everything is very modern and digital.No view from window but don t care.Reception was friendly and room was big and new/good conditions.You have small kitchen , LCD tv and wifi for free.Close to Bergamo Airport, u can walk to there and Bergamo fantastic shopping center and old city is waiting for you. The hotel was very clean, cosy and modern looking. Staff was really helpful and even managed some vine and snacks at 11PM when we came back from shopping. Shopping center Oriocenter as well as Bergamo airport is only 20min walk from hotel. There was also little kitchen in the room which even includes vine glasses, bowlers and cutlery. Quick check in, friendly staff, comfortable beds, big room with air conditioning, lovely bathroom, very big shower with nice toiletries. 5 minutes walk from the airport, 10 minutes from the Orio shopping centre. The restaurant out the back of the hotel was great, we had a very friendly and helpful man serve us and the food was great. Very close to Orio Airport. You could almost walk... The road is just a bit dark for a nightly walk. Much nicer hotel then I expected frankly. Brand new, design-like apartment. Nice personnel. Cute that the breakfast is in an adjacent restaurant. Will definately come back here for my next connection on Orio bergamo. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room itself is very new, studios are very large, good beds, very nice bathroom and also clean. Location is very good 20 minute walk to bergamo Airport. There is a restaurant really nearby where you can order food, they will deliver it to your room. Great hotel only a 15 min easy walk from airport. No need for a taxi unless it is raining. Hotel rooms just like a brand new apartment. Location quiet and staff were fantastic, even delivered breakfast to room night before for a very early flight. When you are looking for a hotel at Orio al Serio, it means that you just need a clean place to sleep and nothing else, but this hotel is more than that, It lets you enjoy your dead minutes. The decoration reminds you the star war movies, any thing is shining white and automatic!. My experience was great, the lady at the reception was very friendly and helped me in every way she could, the room and building is very modern and clean to further increase ones pleasure in residing there, distance from the airport is minimal and is easily a 10-15 minute walk.. This hotel is immaculate and very convenient for the airport. There is a designated footpath to the airport that takes 20 mins to walk. Staff a great and there's a great family restaurant 50 meters away. Reshotel was perfect for this purpose. When we arrived, we took a taxi from airport to hotel, (15eur), but next day we walked back (15-20 minutes). This is an excellent choice of hotel for a stop-over when traveling to or from Bergamo Airport. It's ultra-modern, very clean, very comfortable, excellent helpful and friendly staff, and everything works just as it should. The hotel is very modern and smart with good sized, well equipped rooms. Breakfast was good, the transport to the airport was on-time. I was very happy with my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others. This hotel is excellently located. You don't need a taxi to the Orio al Serio airport - it is a pleasant 20-25 min walk ~ 2 km. Or, if you're into shopping, the same time to walk to the Orio shopping center. It is recently furnitured and quite modern. I arrive late and would leave early in the morning at 0500am, then the breakfast was served after I arrived. -Warming welcoming even late in the evening. -Breakfast with a lot of choice -comfortable bed -kitchenette in the room -very very close to the airport. We checked out before 6 AM before breakfast hours, but they arranged for us to have a basket of breakfast items including juice before our departure. Worked really well for my stopover in Milan Bergamo Airport. Was able to walk to and from the hotel from airport. The room was very clean and modern, the hotel is very convenient to the Airport and the resturant was excellent authentic Italian cooking. The smart décor was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. the kitchenette in the room was a great bonus. Everything brought as cheaper u can get.The breakfast area is outiside of hotel.Better go outside to dinner or coo in hotel your morning dish. Lights and air conditioner are managed by electronic panel on the wall that we found little bit complex to run. Needed some guidance or assistance. It says the property features a bar, which it did not. There was a restaurant but you have to leave the hotel to go to the restaurant. Just one thing: Bed was quite firm (too firm for my liking). Free shuttle to airport would be nice. I rode my bicycle there from the mountains and its tough to do it without using the very busy roads near the airport. But this only applies if you are on your bike! Otherwise this place is faultless. Highly recommended. nothing. - During our very short stay (from midnight till 6.00 A.M.) there was nothing to complain about it. - Not much of a breakfast, to be honest, but with the kitchen in your room this should not be a big problem. Just bring something over. The Breakfast is rather basic, but this is very typical of hotels throughout Italy unless you pay 5* prices, so no real complaint here. The planes take off very close to the hotel, so it is noisy at those moments. The breakfast is almost pathetic. Only sweet things for the breakfast in the restaurant outside the main buiding - not worth making the trip if you are more health oriented :). Nothing. The shuttle provided by the hotel to the airport prices at 15 euros, which actually takes only 15~20 minutes to walk. If it would be 8~10 euros I assume more people will use it. -The centralized electricity in the room. I could not figure it out and had to go back to the reception to ask some help. - The internet were so poor - the breakfast is as poor as the all hotels in Italy. Nothing. nothing really to complain about. It would have been nice if it had a bar / restaurant, However there were plenty close by. Nothing. nothing. Air conditioning didn't work and it was pretty hot inside. the parking slots are extremely tight, huge risk of bumping somewhere. Very week wi-fi. In our room there wasn't a balcony door or a window to open.there was a big window out of reach. Flight in airport begin at 7-00, can be noise in room. It was very hot in the room and it was not possible to adjust temperature from the room. Even after asking receptionist nothing changed. He kind of promised to turn on air conditioner, but temperature stayed the same. Breakfast was not very good, stale brioche and cake....... I found difficulties in finding this hotel cause its brand new so it didnt exist in the gps list. Staff need to be more customer focused. As a guest you need to know what the hotel and surrounding area has to offer without having to guess or find out yourself. Good staff would make this little hotel great!!.
