It is very good placed near the main lines of public transport in Naples, including Circumvesiana railway and Alibus shuttle bus from the airport (the journey takes around.
所有评语 » Excellent customer service, the staff all of them are great. Gabriele always helpful and polite who speaks good English. The hotel is a good value for the money. Great location is very close to the stazion di Napoli centrale. It is extremely clean, and the staffs are very helpful. They happily accommodated my request to store my bags before check-in and after check-out, and that made my stay all the more easier. The station has very convenient transit connections (metro, bus, long distance trai. The B&B represented top value for money. The fact that you needed a 10 cent coin (of a Euro) to operate the lift up or down was endearing to me and you should have several in your pocket for your stay if you don't like climbing 6 flights of stairs. The room and bed were both large and comfortable, the en-suite good with lots of hot water, & big towels. The terrace with it's plants, sun lounges and blue tiled hot tub was a lovely place to relax after a hard day sightseeing. Breakfast wa. Every aspect of stay at Sweet Sleep was fantastic. Guy that runs the place, Gabrielle, was a real host, being there to all of our questions, meeting all of our needs. He even prepared us coffee in the middle of the night, getting offended by our intention to pay for it. Fabiana, girl working the morning shifts, was our tour instructor and consultant. Very polite, helpful and patient, she gave us brief insight of the Naples, along with safety tips and tricks regarding streets of Naples. Rooms ar. Warm, friendly welcome with information given about where to go and what to see as well as concern and advice regarding your welfare and keeping safe.Spotlessly clean throughout,wonderful breakfast which included home cooked cakes and biscuits as well as bread, yogurt, fresh fruit and freshly made coffee. We are two women travelling together and had no problems with the location, a short walk from the station, safe security door.Lift to the 6th floor (insert 10 eurocents ). Were able to leave o. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Absolutely everything was great. The location is perfect - very close to railway station, but at the same time it was calm at night. The facilities were great. there was a very nice terraсe on the roof. The atmosphere was warm. the stuff are very-very friendly. Accidentally one of us left a wallet with all the money and documents at the reception desk at the check-out, the receptionist caught up with us downstairs at the entrance door and saved us from unpleas. It was a fantastic place to stay. A staff was really friendly, they even gave me a 10 cent for lift when I came. Also made free modification when I changed my plans. The room was big and very clean, the blankets were extremely white and bed so comfortable. My room had big terrace with great view. Breakfast was just sweeties ( but that's the same in all Italia) also it was a big choice of fruit, yogurt and good coffee. I could recomend this hotel 100% and definately will come back there on sum. The family that owned the hotel were exceptionally friendly, and the roof terrace was a welcome break from the noise and bustle of Napoli. The room was comfortable and there was a spacious fridge for food and drinks, plus a balcony looking out over the street below. The whole building seemed very secure, and my room was protected by three locked doors. The location was handy for anyone using the hotel as a base to see other places - the main train station is only five minutes away on foot. The family was very professional, delightful, appearing to really care that my stay with them was great. I would recommend to all this place is a wonderfully clean, delightful place to stay. Breakfast was delicious - The only thing concerning was it seemed as I arrived it seemed a bit scratchy out side the building. Upon entering the Fourier -you must put money into the elevator to make it to the six floor- which if your not prepared - your clumping 6 floors!. We really enjoyed staying at Sweet Sleep. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly with various recommendations and other advice, the beds & pillows were very comfortable, good bathroom, great rooftop terrace, very close to Napoli Centrale. Easy to find and we felt very safe in the hotel. We would definitely stay again. It had a great family feel to it and you felt like the staff were looking out for your wellbeing (unlike most other places). I went to the Hotel at almost pm 23:00 from Rome by train,it was not so closed to the Train Station as it described on the website.When I find the hotel I felt I been saved,because Napoli seems like a very dangerous city.The owner is a young and cute boy,he gave me a lot of useful suggestions for travelling.People here are very kindly.The room which I lived is on the top of roof,it was a mezzanine,but you can see the Vesuvius from the balcony. Sweet Sleep has a perfect location. We arrived by car and were worried at the beginning, but Gabriele took us to a parking place which was safe. The hotel is very clean, has very well equipped room and perfect breakfast. We had a room on the rooftop with a huge terasse and of course a great view. Fabiana helped us a lot in the orientation - we had only one day so it was very useful. Our conclusion: perfect. Ps: we are coming back soon!:-). Friendly staff. (Unfortunately sauna was only being built when we were there,but that should also be a winner). Close to station. Remember to have 10 euro cents ready for the lift, per person, since the lift will only fit 1 with luggage, or 3 without luggage. Dont be put off by the area. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Extremely helpful and friendly staff- the lady at the reception gave me a passionate presentation of Naples and where to go. Beautiful room, great views from the room and the roof top terrace. Really good breakfast, I liked the fact that it had both savoury and sweet dishes, very diverse. I was very happy with my stay there. The owner of the sweet home is very very kind and helpful, he changed our euro note for us and was very kind during our stay. The jarcuzzi on the top garden is so relaxing with the flower and little lemon tree around. Perfect for nights relaxing stay. Location is good as well near the train station however very secure on the front door. We didn't know anything about napoli when we arrived there. But recepcionist Fabiana gave us a map and informed us very well. So we had a great napoli tour. Hotel room is very nice, clean and elegant. Almost luxery. When our airconditioner didn't work properly, they arranged a repairman to come at 8.30 at night who stayed until it was fixed. Really above and beyond service. Free internet at any time was a great bonus as we had no laptops. Second vistit and positive again. Hard to beat in the price/quality competition. Critics on the bad area are relative, in 5 mins you are in the old center. This B&B can't change the area its in, but its damn central for people going in and out Naples. Roof terrace is still fab even in winter. Gabriel was really helpful, all personal was. They were really nice and friendly. We felt like home. The room and bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast which was included in price was really rich and tasteful. I could highly recommend Sweet and Sleep for your stay in Naples. Friendly and pleasant hotel. Close to train station for escaping to Pompei/Ercolano. The area wasn't quite as bad as other reviews suggest, as long as you're sensible. The whole of Naples is much of the same, very gritty, I wouldn't recommend the city. Warm welcome, service was great, position is great to visit Napoli historic center ... via dei tribunali etc. Sweet sleep can offer help, directions and supported me in choosing better and safely to have a good 2 days 1 night stay. Grazie davvero!!. The jacuzzi and roof terrace were perfect for the hot Napoli sun and a lovely escape from the busy City. The train station is very close and great for trips to Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and further afield. The staff were very friendly and helpful. hotel staff were very nice ,giving so many information to us ,and advice us how to be safe specially when traveling in Napoli, oh.... moreover, Breakfast was super great,there are variety of food that you can choose,also hand made bread. Our room was incredible, the jacuzzi on the terrace is crazy, the view is gorgeous .... And the breakfast was excellent (fresh pastry). Rooftop terrace Fridges and 'kitchenette' in room meant you could keep snacks there and make a simple meal. 2 rooms together in a small section of the hotel made it feel almost like a little apartment - ideal with children. Room is quite good; clean enough; breakfast is quite nice, cake, fruit juice, fruit, coffee, etc; close to the train station；lot shops around; family style hotel. None！！. The B&B was outstanding for the price. It was almost on Garibaldi Piazza which faces the Main Train Station. To the left side there was a poor area of Naples where you would be advised to take care at night, but to the right of the Square the area is full of luxury shops and beautiful buildings. As in any big city you should be aware of pickpockets, but that is only common sense which any traveler should have. Absolutely nothing. the breakfast included only sweet things. The area around the hotel isn't the safest, and the there are a lot of prostitutes hanging around the neighbouring streets at night. The area outside the hotel wasn't the nicest but nothing happened to us - we were just very aware of needing to be careful when staying at a hotel near a major train station. When you need to use the lift you should put 10 cents into the automaton.The breakfast is not fresh,maybe the because there are not so many guests in winter. I liked it all. Just as a tip for future travelers though, make sure you have 10 cents coins when you go, as the elevator/lift works only when you add such a coin. Nothing really. The front door is a bit hard to open but don't think that will cost much trouble. 10P for the lift. Hotel is on a busy street. Would be a good idea to make it clearer that a 10c piece is needed to operate the lift. No complaints about the cost, just that laden with luggage and confronted with 6 flights of stairs its a little daunting as your first impression. Otherwise, brilliant!. At 40 euro per night what can there be to complain about ? Its new, clean and comfy, WiFi works great, so those with critics have not been around enough, maybe! :) No issues !. Slightly dodgy area. A bit noisy at night. Nothing really. Although the breakfast offered a wide range, it was all sweet! I suspect this is down to personal taste but cake and chocolate to start the day isn't for me. My room was advertised as having WiFi although this wasn't the case. The lights outside my room also didn't work so I had to lock my door and stumble along the corridor in the dark. Overall is was vastly overpriced for what you get/where it is. Beware the 10 euro 'city tax' When we settled our bill we were told of this city tax which was cash only- we had no more money so had to go and cash out which was inconvenient and you couldn't help but wonder why it needed to be cash... The breakfast was not great and the coffee was appalling!. The location seems unsafe to some guests. But come on !!! This is Naples, and this is central station ! If you want a "clean, nice and safe" area, go somewhere else.... For us, it worked fine : 5 minutes from the station, very easy to get from there to Naples port. Need 10 cents to operate lift - could do with warning before arrival with heavy bags for the top floor!. Unfortunately, When we arrived the lift was not working, but fabiana arranged some person to help us. near the railway station and Garibaldi piazza hence very noisy even at night. very cramped and coin operated elevator. Stepping out the front door was a bit daunting. Naples is unlike the rest of Italy and is disappointing with rubbish and street hawkers trying to sell you things. The street is not appealing, but that's Naples!. During late night arrival, was not clearly able to see what to button to push to request access to building. So I telephoned and received a nice result. The area is a bit dodgy at night, but it is enough to take basic precautions. We stayed there 2 nights, but we did not receive clean towels or soap/shampoo for the second. Street people outside main door, you had to get in and shut the door quickly to stop them getting in. It is near the train station. Step out of the station gate, go straight forward, to cross the street/market, about 3 or 4 block there is a snap shop selling easy pizza, food and drinks, then it's the location. Please open your mouth and ask. Prepare 0.5 cent Euro for the lift. Our room didn't quite have the same atmosphere as the upstairs. Bring some 10 cent pieces to get the lift going or its a long walk up. Only you need to pay for the lift! This things only can happen in napoli...but it is great!. The city itself. Not a great city, and very dirty and 'dodgy', especially around the area where the B&B is located. Not the hotel's fault, and should not stop anyone from staying there. You just have to keep your wits about you. Small elevator (make sure you have 10p on you everytime).
