From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Even though the breakfast room is a shoebox size, we never had to wait for our t - Stayed for 2 nights and the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

Staff was super helpful regarding restaurant recommendations, directions and making a reservation for a taxi at 05:00 for us.   Great little hotel - I have stayed here several times and enjoy it a lot. It is simple but very clean, very comfortable. There are plenty of conveniences around the neighborhood and it is easy to get around Milan or to/from airport. - nice clean comfortable rooms in a great location accessable to public transportation

  Location to Loreto Metro was great - it's also near Central station but it's only two stops on the metro, so we didn't walk. Loreto has two metro lines so it's easy to get around Milan. Staff were really nice, breakfast was good, with cereal as well as sweets on offer. Our room was spacious and shower was good. They served us breakfast before time, since we had to leave early, on more than one occasion. The room and bathroom had all the basic necessities and toiletries needed for a good, budget-friendly stay for a few days. Therefore, the staff put us in to another hotel nearby which is very nice as well.   Really great location. Only 3 stations to Milan train station and 10 minutes to Corso Buenos Aires by foot. Also hotel is on the quiet yard and for sleeping that is amazing.
