This place was lovely! The man on reception was really friendly and helpful, suggesting different places to go in the city and how to get there. The apartment was smart, clean, and a pretty cool place to stay! I've stayed in a few places in Milan but this was by far the nicest and worked out cheaper than a hotel because we stayed as a group of 4. The apartments were not very central but easy to reach the centre as the metro is 5 min walk away. Even after the metro closes there is a bus that run.
所有评语 » It was a great room for a family with young kids. There was a loft and they loved that. The room was spacious. Right next to the hotel was a coffee shop and in the morning they have great croissants, sandwiches and coffee/tea. There was a curb parking across and it was free. I was able find parking spot and avoid paying for an overnight park. The metro stop is very close and trams are stopping at the corner of the street 100 meters away. This hotel was conveniently located across the street from trolley stop and 3 blks. From the underground (which is extremely easy to use) Carlos at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful and made us feel very comfortable as soon as we walked in. On-street parking is available free of charge in front of the hotel.We stayed in a loft room and had plenty of room for our family of 5.We would definitely recommend this hotel!. We were 5 girls, the apt we got is #15 and it was spacious, nice litle kitchen to cook but the bathroom is only one. 10 minutes walk to Piola train station and from Piola, you can get to City centre by train 10 mins away. Like any other reviewer, we also thankful to kindness person in town, Fabio the receptionist. He s very kind and helpful, never say no. He would try his best to help you. Molto Grazie Fabio!. The staff was excellent, greeted us at the door and offered assistance with our luggage. Spoke very good English and gave us information about visiting the city. The Wi-fi was very fast in the rooms. The room accommodated 5 people very easily. Very clean and modern furniture. City was easily accessible either by tram or Metro (10 min walk). This is a two-story room special style. Large and clean, fully-equipped kitchenette, perfect for a family with children. Staff very friendly and willing to help with any questions. Terms of location - 2 minutes from a supermarket and subway station. A good combination of quality and price. It is highly recommended. Safe and comfortable appartments. Staff very helpful and could not be better - answered all questions and fixed a broken shower immediately. Quite well located with supermarket and metro near by and a tram stop outside which goes to the city centre. Would recommend it to others. The staff were really good especially Fabio who was excellent. He was kind, considerate and helpful. The hotel is close to the trams and the metro. there is a supermarket around the corner. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was well equipped and everything worked well. - very large rooms. - well-equipped kitchenette - friendly staff - good location (couple of minutes from shop, metro station and really near is tram stop from which you can go directly to cathedra) - quiet neighborhood - really good value for this money. The hotel room was more than I expected, I thought that I would get a water down version of what I seen on the internet, but I didn't I, well me and my family enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space, good quality and stylish furnishings, comfortable beds, good location for the metro but still quiet, friendly and helpful staff, generous check-in and check-out times, good supermarket nearby. We found everything very good, room was clean and large enough for the 4 of us. Metro and supermarket close by.The 2 gentleman at the front desk was very helpfull and friendly. Much closet space, and the sink separated from the shower / toilet area make it easier to get the family ready in the morning. Location close to large grocery store and subway stop. Everything was perfect for us!. Walls were thin, you could hear your neighbors. Nothing serious. A kettle and a microwave would have been ideal but the kitchen is still well equipped. One bowl and pan were not clean on arrival so we had to clean those ourselves. Bit of noise at times from other guests leaving or arriving but quiet overnight. The windows in the room were very high up so you could not see out of them. - the floor under the bed wasn't clean - one of the bathroom had laminate panels instead tiles, which was not too comfortable - you should really control the water because usually had enough hot water for a bath two or three people. Nothing. Noise cancelling could be a bit better, but it's common problem in such places. We could hear the other guests through the walls, but I think that's normal in Italy and it didn't really disturb us. Aircon didn't work for our whole stay of 4 days. It would be nice to maybe have a kettle and microwave in apartment. No lift for heavy luggage. I do not like the district where Residencia Studi is situated (far from the city centre, few cafes and restaurants). For my future trips to Milan I will definitely choose another district (eg Navigli or city centre). It rained in the evening and we heard water dripping all night outside our window, could not get a good sleep. A little far from the city but if it wasn't raining it would not have been so difficult. Had to provide own washing up equipment. Surroundings a bit depressing but safe and limited restaurants in the area. Nothing got to do with hotel. Just a word of caution 'Beware of pickpocket'. Avoid crowd especially when using the train or at the escalator. I have experienced this but luckily they didn't get my wallet. They are very quick and smart. de 2 slaapkamers zijn open , dit betekent weinig privacy ...daar moet je rekening mee houden ...badkamer is basic maar alles is voorradig ook shampoo en zeep. Nothing. there was not enough warm water for all to take a warm shower. It can provide washing-up liquid. Despite the kitchenette there was no way to make coffee. More importantly the walls were very thin and it was quite noisy. Contrary to others, wifi wasn't that fast. Noisy was a minor issue due to the design and build of the place. nothing. The air-condition didn't work, so it's hot in Jun. Could hear people coming and going next door and every step they made up their metal stairs. This woke me up a few times which I wasn't so happy with.... not enough hotwater, only 2 of our 5 persons take the shower. There was no microwave and washing machine, for that I think it is misleading to call itself an "apartment". Although they have an electric stove, kitchen utensils are minimal. Also there was no air-cond when we stayed in early June and it was warm at night! The first night hot water ran out half way while we were bathing but they fixed it the next day. Apartment was not 5 minutes from Piola metro, more like 10 minutes walking. It is a bit noisy, due to thin wall. Extremely poor sound insulation between rooms - very noisy. Normal volume conversations from the next room can be heard very clearly. Not a good hotel for light sleepers. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, the cleaners didn't clean above eye level, and shower had faint mould smell. Also it was very dark as no windows on main level. Cant find the staff in reception while check out (within the working hour.). No slipper. no. The conditioner don't work. I missed windows with light. From my room we couldn't see the outside and the room didn't have enough natural light. Air conditioning did not work, and windows did not have screens so we had problems with noise and bugs overnight. We were told the a/c was being repaired but prior posts on this site suggest this is a longstanding problem. The neighborhood surrounding seemed safe, but very dirty with graffiti everywhere.
