As - The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.

It is our go to place for all Rome trips. - It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

The staff was really nice and accommodating: we changed our arrival time a few times and they were always available and welcomed us warmly, despite this not being a hotel. The hosts were great and very helpful. It was nice to have a private room like that which was clean, newly refurbishment with modern fittings and facilities. The room had everything we needed e.g. great spacious bathroom, kitchen, window looking out to courtyard which meant it was nice and quite even though we were very centrally located. Would definitely recommend.

  Had a wonderful time in Rome, Duca d`Alba was faultless, excellent friendly staff, location was 1 minute away from Cavour metro station. The Colosseum was a 10 minute stroll.
