  Even if the rooms in the "suite" section are small, they are SO nicely decorated and CLEAN. We had a little balcony :) - The staff was very friendly. . The location was excellent for walking to most of the main sites.

  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano.   The B&B is located in the very heart of historic Rome, and it is a precious asset. The room was big enough, clean, with a/c, a safe box and a refrigerator. The restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The breakfast was very copious by Rome's standards.   Very central - We were upgraded to a better room, no reason as to why, presumablyour original booking they could not fulfil. The upgraded room waslovely though.
