  perfect! - Good value for the money. Great breakfast. Fairly quiet, yet just a quick bus ride away from train station. Staff at reception willing to help; they made an effort to change us from a standard double room to one with two twin beds. Nice interior gardens and nice sitting rooms in the lobby.

In 3 min walk ther is Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano metro - What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

I will definitevly stay here next time if I visit Rome for tourism or for busness. - The room was lovely - clean, large and light. It was in a beautiful old palazzo with high ceilings. It was quiet and in an elegant and peaceful area of Rome, but with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. We particularly appreciated the fact that you could use the shared kitchen to cook an evening meal, which as a family allowed us to save a bit of money on eating out.

There were only 4 rooms in the B&B, thus it was very quiet and had a homey feel to it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
