Everything was excellent as a hostel. The room is really spacious and
the dividers are nice to give a little privacy. Because the rooms are
spacious, it's not a big problem even if there is a snorer (compared
to small bunk bed rooms in other hostels). Bathroom was clean and gets
cleaned daily. Great location. The facilities are pretty basic,
there's breakfast and computers and tv, that's about it.

The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.

i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani

Staff were very friendly and offered advice on the places to go, the places where you would need a booking. Definitely a place we'd return to. Don't be put off by the stone stairs

Sara, the manager, spoke Englishfluently and was very helpful in answering questions regarding buses,trains, museums/tickets, just about everything we wanted to know. Thebreakfast was served in our room promptly each morning and was verygood. There was nothing that we did not like about the bandB.
