The appartment is on the first floor, in a secured building. There are few steps up to the facility but it's not a big difficulty even for people with big suitcases

It s best hotel choice we made in our trip to Italy. The location is not far from the city center. The room is very new, cozy and beautiful, every last detail is perfect. the breakfast buffet, in my opion, has a very high standard sellection of local products. On top of all these, the couple who owned the place are extreamly friendly and helpful, giving us a little instruction of florence on arrival and helping us on our dinner resevations. It was close to the city center. The 14 bus took us straight to the train station and the stop was just around the corner from the hotel.
The hotel had 24 staff at the front desk, and even extra pillow and blanket in the room closet. - nice hotel and room with beautifel view. very helpful and nice stuff
