  Excellent choice if you're on a budget as we were. Really good value for money and lovely staff. Convenient location close to Colosseum (not the most picturesque part of Rome but certainly handy for the metro & getting to other areas). Large, clean and comfortable room, if a little basic. EXCELLENT and very cheap restauran - We enjoyed the welcoming person, Luna, very nice and friendly. The room was very clean, warm and the building was very silent and vintage, with a fantastic "patium" and ancient elevator. Very good location, nearby a metro station and if you choose to walk, 10mts from Termini. So, we suggest this place and next time we go to Rome we will try reservation first at Dandi Dhomus.   Location is absolutely great, all major sights are are reachable on foot, a lot of shops nearby. Staff is friendly, the room we were staying in was recently renovated and had a safe deposit box (with no additional charge), flat tv and a small fridge in it.   It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well.   We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. Fan was provided, as we left windows open all day, and closed them at... 别人怎么说 » night. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery).
