We have request for early Check-in and room with balcony. Eventhough they cannot promised us, they have arranged the best they can. They can allow us for early check-in but since room with balcony is really full, they offer us room with inside garden view instead which is great also!!

Everything was great. Just wanted to pay attantion to several fact only because for someone that could be decisive and crusial: very small rooms but cosy, about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro station. But near there are bus stops and trains. Please check the transport map of Rome!!! Great value for money! -
