  Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and suggestions for restaurants. Beautiful San Gi - Simone, the caretaker was very hospitable and went extra miles to help us from trip planning, restaurant recommendations, and even kept our luggage after check-out hours. The location was very safe, at the center of shopping centers, supermarkets, and easily accessible to various tourist attractions (e.g. Colosseum, San Giovanni Cathedral, etc). The room was clean and the decor unique/fashionable with a pleasant ambiance. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who stays alone, as a couple

Very tasty breakfast served on the terrace, including yummy croissants, bread and jam, yogurt and Italian home-style coffee or cappuccino. Breakfast on a terrace with a nice view. The Lady who made a breakfast was very kind. She even bring the extra juice for our friends who come to visit us one morning. Very clean, nice towels. Air condition in the room works perfect. Big wardrobe.Very nice furniture.

We picked this hotel originally for the price, we were more than pleased on arrival of the quality the hotel and location. The reception staff all spoke English which made our stay a lot easier. Even though there were one or two things I wasn't crazy about the location is good and it has a great little restaurant on one side and a market on the other. Walking distance to Termini Station, the metro stops, and to Coliseum. Desk staff was very helpful via emails before our arrival and during the stay.
