  Mia and Precious were so helpful and attentive. We were surprised that in a rental apartment, there were actual people available for us to go to if we needed anything, as the office is just a few doors down from Piazzetta Margutta. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, the Metro, and a small grocery store. The neighborhood is calm and safe.
