Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home.
Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise.

Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Our room was recently remodeled, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was also very friendly. Located close to a main metro terminal which made it perfect for touring around the Rome area.
